Your visitor enters a dialogue with your narrative.

No app to download. A mobile companion that opens with a scan, in each visitor's language.

A scan, and you're in.

At the venue entrance, at any step, at any precise spot. Your QR codes can point to the app, to a tour, to a step. The visitor pulls out their phone, scans. No app to download. No account to create.

The companion opens in the language detected from the phone, automatically. If it doesn't suit the visitor, they pick another from the menu.

A tour open on the visitor’s phone, right after a scan.

The tour, at their pace.

Each step opens with your voice. A short text that sets the scene, an audio recorded in the premium voice you've chosen, an image that anchors the gaze. The visitor listens, reads, or both. They move forward when they want, step back if they missed something, take their time wherever they wish.

No prescription, no algorithm deciding for them. You composed the story ; they follow it at their pace.

This man turns his back to us. Before him stretches a sea of fog without end. His very stance is a manifesto, painted in 1818. Where Antiquity placed the hero facing us, German Romanticism turns him around. It is no longer his face that speaks, but what he beholds.

Questions, answers, and new questions.

In the text of each step, certain words are highlighted. They are badges, placed by your team or by the assistant from your sources. The visitor taps them. A question opens in the chatbot. The answer arrives, grounded in your sources, never elsewhere.

In that answer, words are highlighted in turn. The visitor can dig deeper, and deeper still. The conversation continues for as long as they want. Always inside your narrative, never outside your walls.

The visitor can also ask their own questions, in their own words. The chatbot replies with what your sources know, and stays silent on what they don't address. The chat is also accessible outside any tour, from the app menu, for questions that go beyond a specific step.

  1. Where did the painter see this sea of fog? Is it a real place?

Several tours, several audiences.

A single venue can produce multiple tours for multiple audiences. An adult tour, narrative and dense. A family tour, with hooks that speak to children. An easy-read tour, written for visitors who need it. An English tour, German, Spanish, in any language you choose to serve.

Each tour is a distinct editorial production. Each tour has its QR. The visitor scans the one that addresses them, or the main QR that points to the default tour. You decide what shows up, and for whom.

Accessibility.

Three settings serve the visitor, inside the app : text size, a font adapted to dyslexia, a high-contrast mode.

These settings aren't hidden in a sub-menu. They are accessible the moment the companion opens. The visitor who needs them finds them without searching ; the others aren't bothered.
