When you join the waitlist, we collect only your email address. No other personal data is collected on this page.
Purpose and Legal Basis
Your email address is used solely to contact you regarding the Gidmi pilot programme. The legal basis is your consent, expressed when you submit the form.
Retention Period
Your email address is retained for 3 years from the last contact, unless you request earlier deletion.
Recipients
Your email is processed by Clerk, Inc. (waitlist management) and hosted on infrastructure operated in Europe. No data is shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Transfers Outside the EEA
Some technical providers may process your data from countries outside the EEA, including the United States. Gidmi ensures appropriate safeguards are in place (adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses).
Your Rights
